Jensen's Marketplace Inc. Policies
The following are neither allowed, nor endorsed, and are prohibited activities from
JENSEN'S MARKETPLACE:
1. Any advertising that:
a. defames, slanders, or
liable another individual or entity;
b. anything that promoted hatred of individuals, group or activities;
c. pornography, nudity or personal ads;
d. prohibited employment;
e. ads whose main purpose is to send traffic to other web sites;
2. Further, individuals or companies posting advertisements must be goods or
services that are legal to own, purchase or offer, both at the point of origin
and at the point of destination and are purchased and sold in compliance with
applicable laws and regulations where purchased and/or where sold.
3. All users of JENSEN'S MARKETPLACE are responsible for ensuring that any
use of JENSEN'S MARKETPLACE to advertise goods or services will be in
compliance with all laws applicable to buying and selling and are neither illegal
nor in contravention with JENSEN'S MARKETPLACE policies. Any advertisements
not in compliance will be immediately removed and blocked, and the users
blocked from the site.
4. JENSEN'S MARKETPLACE specifically prohibits advertising the following items:
a. animals, birds, reptiles or fish that are illegal to be owned or sold, imported or
exported, including any bi-products thereof;
b. alcoholic beverages;
c. blood, bodily fluids and/or body parts;
d. counterfeit currency, coins, stamps or other postage;
e. counterfeit or 'knock-off' products;
f. escort or dating services;
g. fireworks, explosives or any destructive devices;
h. goods under embargo;
i. hazardous materials;
j. identification documents, identity documents, and personal information of
any form including mailing lists and financial records;
k. government or other official licenses, identification cards, or uniforms,
including police uniforms and/or badges;
l. illegal drugs or drug paraphernalia;
m. illegal or prohibited services, including items encourage or facilitate illegal
activity;
n. lottery/sweepstakes tickets and/or slot machines;
o. message services;
p. pornography;
q. obscene or offensive material including any that contain nudity;
r. prescription drugs or devices;
s. prostitution or ads that offer sexual services, including camming and any ads
that are pornographic, depict individuals in sexual activities, seek or offer
sex, depict sexual activity, or fall within the 'individual seeking individual'
category;
t. pyramid or multi-level marketing schemes;
u. telecommunication, electronic or satellite products that violate licensing
acts or designed solely to intercept telecommunications signal;
v. stolen property or goods;
w. tobacco products;
x. weapons and any prohibited or restricted items, including firearms, firearms
parts, magazines, ammunition, BB and pellet guns; tear gas, stun guns,
switchblade, knives, martial art weapons, or any other items that are
prohibited or restricted by law.
5 The following types of items are general permitted, providing however that sale and
purchase is legal both where offered for sale and purchases occur in compliance
with the applicable laws and regulation of the place of origin and delivery, namely;
a. electronic goods and equipment;
b. tickets for events;
c. vehicles, boats, air craft and related equipment and devices.
JENSEN'S MARKETPLACE INC. PRIVACY POLICY
JENSEN'S MARKETPLACE collects, uses and shares personal information and post it publically through your
advertising. If you choose to provide us with personal information, you are consenting to the collection,
storage, and transfer
of that information, specifically, personal contact information and e-mail addresses; sign-on data; statistics on page views and
traffic and advertising data; IP addresses; and standard web information. Users may take steps to disable the cookies on their
browser if they wish to limit transfer of such information, but this may affect their ability to use the site.
JENSEN'S MARKETPLACE use personal information to provide our services;
encourage safe trading, and enforce our policies, and communicate marketing and promotional offers to you primarily.
We do not sell or rent users personal information to third parties for their purposes, without users explicit consent. JENSEN'S MARKETPLACE may disclose information to respond to legal requirement; enforce our policies; and/or to respond to allegation that posting infringe on others right.

however, shall not send SPAM or collect personal information or data from users who have not agreed to that.
We will delete personal information when it is no longer needed. however we do retain personal information

in order to retain records of our service to you, and use of our services by you, protect and enforce our policies, and prevent
users who have contravened our policies from having access back to our services.

unauthorized access or disclosure, there is no guarantee from new measures and we make no guarantees.

JENSEN'S MARKETPLACE contains material posted by user and by JENSEN'S MARKETPLACE. Users agrees not
to copy, modify, or distribute JENSEN'S MARKETPLACE, our copyrights or trademarks. Users posting content are granted
JENSEN'S MARKETPLACE a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free, license right to exercise copyright, publicity
and data base rights to that content necessary to host and display it. If you believe that your rights have been violated, please notify
JENSEN'S MARKETPLACE and we will investigate the matter. We reserve the right to remove any content,
if we suspect the violation of these terms, or any other parties' right.
LIABILITY
1. Users of JENSEN'S MARKETPLACE agrees not to hold us responsible for other users post, or by using this site.
Most of the postings on JENSEN'S MARKETPLACE are generated from other users; therefore, we do not, and can not,
guarantee the accuracy of postings, communications, or the quantity, legality, safety, or propriety, of what is offered.
JENSEN'S MARKETPLACE cannot guarantee continuous or secure access to our services and therefore we expressly
disclaim all warrantees, representations, conditions, may be expressed or implied, including those pertaining to quality, merchantability
and/or merchantable quality fitness, or any other claims. We will not be liable for any loss, whether it be money, monies worth, goodwill,
or reputation, or be subject to any general, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of JENSEN'S MARKETPLACE,
be the damages reasonably foreseeable or remote.
2. If, for any reason, the disclaimer of warranty, or exclusion of damages, are limited in some jurisdictions, if
JENSEN'S MARKETPLACE is found to be liable, JENSEN'S MARKETPLACE liability to you, or any other party,
be it in contract, tort, negligence, stripped or absolute by tort, statute, or otherwise,
is limited to the fees paid to us by you in the
preceding twelve (12) month prior to the event giving rise to any alleged liability, or $100.00
(whichever is the lesser amount?)

By using the services of JENSEN'S MARKETPLACE, you agree to the collection, transfer,
storage and use of your personal
information by JENSEN'S MARKETPLACE inc. on servers, as set out in our privacy policy.
You also agree to receive marketing

JENSEN'S MARKETPLACE CONDITIONS OF USE
Users posting advertisements through JENSEN'S MARKETPLACE are expected to abide by the terms
and conditions set out
herein and will not attempt to do any of the following things in their advertising, namely;
a. violate the laws of the jurisdiction where advertising goods, or violate JENSEN'S MARKETPLACE'S
prohibited content policy;
b. post false or misleading advertising:
c. use the advertise to distribute or contain SPAM viruses, or use other technologies that may injury
JENSEN'S MARKETPLACE or affect the interest of, or property of JENSEN'S MARKETPLACE;
d. proliferate or assist in the proliferation in chain letters, pyramid schemes/multilevel marketing schemes;
e. use JENSEN'S MARKETPLACE services to copy or collect information about other individuals
or companies, including e-mail addresses or to distribute other individual or companies content,
all without their consent;
f. attempt to impose an unreasonable advertising load on the infrastructure of JENSEN'S MARKETPLACE
so as to interfere with the proper working of JENSEN'S MARKETPLACE or by-passing security or other
measures used to prevent or restrict access by individuals to JENSEN'S MARKETPLACE;
ABUSE OF JENSEN'S MARKETPLACE SERVICES
We invite users to inform us about problems or offensive content that comes to their attention,
to help keep the site working efficiently.
JENSEN'S MARKETPLACE may limit or terminate services to such users, remove offensive or illegal ,content
and take both technical and legal steps to keep offenders from creating problems for our users.
Whether JENSEN'S MARKETPLACE
decides to take any steps; remove content; or block users of JENSEN'S MARKETPLACE or not,
we do not accept any liability
from monitoring JENSEN'S MARKETPLACE or for unauthorized or unlawful content posted on JENSEN'S MARKETPLACE by users.
GENERALLY
These terms, and other policies posted by JENSEN'S MARKETPLACE INC.,
constitute the entire agreement between
JENSEN'S MARKETPLACE INC. and you, and is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
If, for any reason, we do not enforce any particular provision, we are not waiving the option to do so at a future date.
If, for any reason, part of our policy, and terms and conditions are not enforceable, the remaining terms will survive.
Except for notices relating to illegal or infringing content designed to notify us expunge or block such content,
as in poor taste, any notices to us must be sent by registered mail to:

We will send notices to you via the e-mail address you provide, or by registered mail.
Notices sent by registered mail will be deemed to received five (5) days
following the date of mailing, as it is your duty to maintain the current address given; update if it is changed;
and to check your mail on a regular basis. Notices sent to you by e-mail will be deemed received immediately.
JENSEN'S MARKETPLACE reserves the right to update this agreement at any time, with said updates
taking effect when either you next post, or after fifteen (15) days, which ever first occurs.
